Port Douglas SLSC

Situated at the northern end of 4 Mile Beach is the Port Douglas SLSC, founded in 1983.  Port Douglas Surf Life Saving Club is a community organisation run by volunteers.  The Port Douglas club currently has membership of 120+ made up of active volunteers who assist with beach patrol, through to junior members who are learning skills to become future lifesavers.

The club holds regular weekly training sessions throughout our Sports and Patrolling season from April to November, and attends North Queensland Surf Sports Carnivals.  Training and sporting events allow our members opportunities to increase their fitness and skills.

Contact Port Douglas Surf Life Saving Club today to enquire about becoming a member.
